This is the entry point for the new member - basically a beginning, with a starting point activist level setting - graduated in levels and benefits from there.

This level allows all new members (inexperienced and pro's alike) to join free and be able to make an educated selection of their activist level with direct information and knowledge of various level features, functions, settings etc.

Though we are not a "Free Service" we have established Free Membership through this level for the Aspiring Activisit or those that simply need help and have no money at all to afford the help they need (compliments of our upgraded members and sponsor advertisers who make this possible).

As an Aspiring Activist you will have a unique, customizable profile page, 2 Levels of referral earnings, Free Lifetime Membership, the ability to promote 2 sites, banners and text links and you will earn a progressive surfing ratio base starting at 0.4 credits per site visited (your earnings increase as you surf; the more you surf, the more you'll earn) and you'll enjoy a 30 second surf timer. There are no cash commissions paid to free members at this level.

"Advertisement Sites" are NOT allowed at this level in any fashion. No advertisement sites in the surf banners, hot links or surf sites what-so-ever. - "Advertisement Sites" are considered to be anything promoting or advertising any products, programs, services, websites etc that are not petition or news related, not in the nature of "world issues" or groups, events, etc that are not in the nature of the issues. -

Furthermore, Political campaing promotions are NOT allowed at this level in any fashion (defined as anything promoting any political candidate for election of any office).

This level is for the activist that likes to observe from the sidelines, perhaps stay up on current events and kinda "get their feet wet" ... promote or sign some petitions, circulate noteworthy news items, groups, causes, maybe make some donations etc. Standing Ready to jump in and take action when needed.

As a Passive Activist you will have a unique, customizable profile page, earn 10% cash commissions on your direct referrals, have 4 Levels of referral earnings, your membership level is maintained on a monthly subscription basis giving you the ability to promote 5 sites, banners and text links and you will earn a progressive surfing ratio base starting at 0.6 credits per site visited (your earnings increase as you surf; the more you surf, the more you'll earn) and you'll enjoy a 25 second surf timer.

"Advertisement Sites" are NOT allowed in the surf frame at this level. You are allowed to submit advertisement banners and hot links on the surf bar but no full page sites in the surf frame what-so-ever. - "Advertisement Sites" are considered to be anything promoting or advertising any products, programs, services, websites etc that are not petition or news related, not in the nature of "world issues" or groups, events, etc that are not in the nature of the issues. -

Furthermore, Political campaing promotions are NOT allowed at this level in any fashion (defined as anything promoting any political candidate for election of any office)

The Casual Activist steps to the front lines and always keeps eyes to the sides! You've done more than just "- get your feet wet -"! You are the Sleeping Giant the world should never wake! ... Engaged in signing and promoting petitions, circulating noteworthy news items, groups, causes, maybe making some donations here and there ... you take action when needed.

As a Casual Activist you will have a unique, customizable profile page, earn 15% cash commissions on your direct referrals, have 5 Levels of referral earnings and will receive free, random referrals. Your level is maintained on a monthly subscription basis giving you the ability to promote 12 sites, banners and text links and you will earn a progressive surfing ratio base starting at 0.8 credits per site visited (your earnings increase as you surf; the more you surf, the more you'll earn) and you'll enjoy a 20 second surf timer.

At this level you are allowed to submit a MAXIMUM of 1 full page advertisement site in the surf frame. You are allowed to submit advertisement banners and hot links on the surf bar. but only 1 full page site in the surf frame. - "Advertisement Sites" are considered to be anything promoting or advertising any products, programs, services, websites etc that are not petition or news related, not in the nature of "world issues" or groups, events, etc that are not in the nature of the issues. -

Political campain promotions are allowed at this level ... you may submit a MAXIMUM of 1 full page site in the surf frame. Additionally, you are able to submit these in the form of banners and text links on the surf bar.  (defined as anything promoting any political candidate for election of any office).

This level is for the serious activist that stays up on events, can't wait for a good rally, signs, and promotes petitions, stays highly engaged in taking action regularly. You're probably busy circulating some information now ... some noteworthy news items, groups, causes, making some donations etc. Standing Tall and Speaking Loud - You Make Your Countrymen Proud! Stepping to the next level is "- just a click away - ".

As an Aggressive Activist you will have a unique, customizable profile page, earn 20% cash commissions on your direct referrals, have 6 Levels of referral earnings and will receive free, random referrals. Your level is maintained on a monthly subscription basis giving you the ability to promote 20 sites, banners and text links and you will earn a progressive surfing ratio base starting at 1.0 credits per site visited (your earnings increase as you surf; the more you surf, the more you'll earn) and you'll enjoy a 17 second surf timer.

At this level you are allowed to submit a MAXIMUM of 2 full page advertisement sites in the surf frame. You are allowed to submit advertisement banners and hot links on the surf bar. but only 2 full page sites in the surf frame. - "Advertisement Sites" are considered to be anything promoting or advertising any products, programs, services, websites etc that are not petition or news related, not in the nature of "world issues" or groups, events, etc that are not in the nature of the issues. -

Political campain promotions are allowed at this level ... you may submit a MAXIMUM of 2 full page sites in the surf frame. Additionally, you are able to submit these in the form of banners and text links on the surf bar.  (defined as anything promoting any political candidate for election of any office).

You are Rabid -! ... need we say more? For the activist that's "Foaming at the Mouth" for action, this level is for you! Picketing, protesting, demonstrating thrill you! You are taking action on a regular basis to make the world a better place and (truth be told - you are A WARRIOR in Disguise). Ever waiting and wanting for things to really heat up and draw out your warrior within - you'll never even flinch to take it to the next level when it's time. Until then ... you stay busy signing and promoting petitions, studying, debating, donating and circulating information, news items, groups, causes, events etc. Certainly a well oiled machine for the world to see. 

As a Rabid Activist you will have a unique profile page, earn 30% cash commissions on your direct referrals, have 7 Levels of referral earnings and will receive free, random referrals. Your level is maintained on a monthly subscription basis giving you the ability to promote 30 sites, banners and text links and you will earn a progressive surfing ratio base starting at 1.3 credits per site visited (your earnings increase as you surf; the more you surf, the more you'll earn) and you'll enjoy a 25 second surf timer.

At this level you are allowed to submit a MAXIMUM of 3 full page advertisement sites in the surf frame. You are allowed to submit advertisement banners and hot links on the surf bar. but only 3 full page sites in the surf frame. - "Advertisement Sites" are considered to be anything promoting or advertising any products, programs, services, websites etc that are not petition or news related, not in the nature of "world issues" or groups, events, etc that are not in the nature of the issues. -

Political campain promotions are allowed at this level ... you may submit a MAXIMUM of 3 full page sites in the surf frame. Additionally, you are able to submit these in the form of banners and text links on the surf bar. (defined as anything promoting any political candidate for election of any office)

You are a Warrior! The activist who will do whatever it takes whenever needed ( no matter how crazy ). You're at the top of the pack - your merit is proven. Picketing, protesting, demonstrating ... a mere walk in park for you on a sunny Sunday afternoon. You are well versed in taking action every day to make this world a better place. Busy signing and promoting petitions, exposing all the juicy "cover up scandals" and delivering hot news items around the clock. You are an activisim machine, constantly studying, debating, donating and circulating information, groups, causes, events etc. 

As a Warriror Activist you will have a unique profile page, earn 40% cash commissions on your direct referrals, have 8 Levels of referral earnings and will receive free, random referrals. Your level is maintained on a monthly subscription basis giving you the ability to promote 50 sites, banners and text links and you will earn a progressive surfing ratio base starting at 1.5 credits per site visited (your earnings increase as you surf; the more you surf, the more you'll earn) and you'll enjoy a 12 second surf timer.

At this level you are allowed to submit a MAXIMUM of 8 full page advertisement sites in the surf frame. You are allowed to submit advertisement banners and hot links on the surf bar. but only 8 full page sites in the surf frame. - "Advertisement Sites" are considered to be anything promoting or advertising any products, programs, services, websites etc that are not petition or news related, not in the nature of "world issues" or groups, events, etc that are not in the nature of the issues. -
