By submitting your application to join you agree to use an email address that does NOT lead to a non-existent email account, autoresponder or a catch all account that will fill up and bounce emails. You further understand & accept that should emails sent to you bounce, you will likely have your account deleted and lose any credits and/or cash that you may have earned.
You further agree that by submitting your application to join Pass The Petition you are there by "opted-in" to receive email communications from the Administrators of PassThePetition.com. Thus, said emails sent to you from us cannot, and will not, be considered "spam" in any fashion, as you have "opted-in" to receive Pass The Petition Action Alerts, member news, special offers, promotions etc. You further understand that you have both the ability and the right to unsubscribe and cancel your membership at any time. Membership cancellation will result in the forteiture of accumulated earnings. You further agree to stay up to date with these Terms of Service and that it is your sole responsibility to do so as this Agreement is subject to change without notice.
You also understand it is your responsiblity to remain an "active member". Should your account show a negative balance and/or no activity for a period of more than 90 days, the administrators may conclude you have abandoned your account and, thus, remove it from the data base to keep the active members surfing smoothly.
You further agree to view your surf session in a FULL BROWSER WINDOW. This is a mandatory requirement. Pass The Petition system features state-of-the-art "anti cheat security" to ensure True View, Quality Visitors For YOU. Each member wants their sites fully viewed - there by it is only proper and respectful for those members to "fully view" other members sites as well. Pass The Petition works to ensure this. Any members detected to be minimizing their browser windows will have their accounts terminated immediately and they will forfeit all credits/cash earnings! Exclamation Point!
Members may only have one account per person, household or business. Members are not allowed to refer themselves.
PassThePetition.com is primarily an activist site dealing with world (adult) issues which, by nature, entail "Adult Content" (defined as content involving real world issues of human rights violations, animal rights, abuse etc... these issues being sometimes graphic in nature as reality often is). With this understanding members are advised they may at times see and/or read things of a disturbing nature. The majority of information presented here will be of an adult nature dealing with real world issues.
Pass The Petition makes this service available for free membership to indigent persons in need, though we are not a "free service". Thus, we do allow limited advertisements - regulated by "activist (membership) level" and administrative requirements. A special thank you to our sponsor advertisers and upgraded members that make this possible. However, Free Members are NOT ALLOWED to promote any "advertisement" or "political" sites what-so-ever.

-- PassThePetition.com cannot, and will not, be held responsible for the claims of any petitioners, political campaign promotions, groups, events, news articles or advertisers of products and programs. Persons are advised to use their best judgement and research the information presented to them. ALL Members agree and understand this is their sole burden and responsibility.
You agree that you will - NOT - put any Sites Pornographic in Nature on the Pass The Petition Exchange or anything of "Extreme Adult Content". If in doubt of the acceptability of a site you will contact the Administrators Prior to setting it up. You also understand that violating these terms in any fashion may result in your Membership being terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all credits and/or cash that you may have accumulated.
URL Rotators may be used by Upgraded Members Only! (in compliance with your activist level) - providing the member promises to know and maintain the content of said rotators to be within Pass The Petition s guidelines and terms. If the rotator contains even one single advertisement or political site it is then considered to be in that category and will be reflected in the limits of your activist level. Members are welcome and encouraged to use tracking URLs for their advertisements, however, members must agree to maintain the highest of standards in the sites within said URLs.
-- Any members found to be using redirect or tracking URLs to hide illicit websites within them WILL have their accounts terminated immediately.
The following type URLs are NOT ALLOWED in Pass The Petition s system:
Pages promoting any type of illegal, illicit or immoral activity are prohibited.Sites of pornographic or exteme adult content nature are prohibited.Pages advertising any bootleg software programs are prohibited.Pages advertising any type of software or programs designed to attempt to "cheat the system" and amass "free credits" are prohibited.Overly obtrusive pop ups of any nature are prohibited.Pop Up Windows that require a user to click on them or close them to resume surfing are prohibited.Any sites that execute any type of script or code that interrupt the surf session or break frames are prohibited.
-- In summation, keep it clean, professional, quality content and you will have no problems with any of your site submissions and everyone will enjoy a smooth surfing environment. No junk site and everything is alright.
-- Pass The Petition has, at its sole discretion, the right to refuse, reject or delete any site from the system the administrators deem as inappropriate and will delete the accounts of repeat offenders where by they will forfeit all credits or cash earnings.
-- Pass The Petition pays a handsome bounty to any member reporting a site that is confirmed to be in violation of these terms. This bounty is paid out of the account of the offending site to the first member reporting the confirmed violation. Rest assured, anyone detected spoiling the environment will be removed from the system.
